Do you take any insurance?
We accept most PPO insurances with chiropractic coverage. We're currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, and Aetna; out-of-network with United Health Care. We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) credit cards for payment. We do not accept American Specialty Health or Cigna insurance.
For participating insurance companies, we will file the insurance claims for you. You are responsible for any applicable co-pay/co-insurance and deductible, in addition to any amount not paid by your insurance in the event of a dispute. We can also provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement purposes.
What if I don't have insurance coverage?
We offer "cash patient" discounted rates as followed:
Initial Exam & Treatment $100
Routine Visit $60
Cash Patient Package* $500 for 10 routine visits
*Package rate is for individual use only. It must be used within a year from the date of purchase. Unused dollar amount at the end of the year can be used as credit towards the cash discounted routine visit rate applicable at the time, or refunded by request.
Do you accept personal injury cases?
Yes, personal injury and auto accident injuries are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact Dr. Jessie for more details.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment with 24 hour notice or you no show for an appointment, you are responsible for a late cancellation fee of $15. In the case of an emergency, when missing the appointment is unavoidable, this fee may be waived, however please do contact us as soon as you can.
